Info for presenters and meeting organisers

Please read this information thoroughly and inform the presenters in your seminar/occasion about these matters. Check the schedule and location for your own seminar before the trade fair from the confirmation of order.

FAIR ADMISSION

Seminar organizers and speakers have free access to the trade fair with a separate presenter pass. Exhibitors do not need a separate presenter pass, the exhibitor pass is sufficient. The speakers will get the presenter pass by e-mail. Speakers will get free entrance by showing printed pass or from smartphone. Cloak room and parking is free of charge. Speakers will get parking passes from the info desks. Please send the email address of the speakers to the program producer (contact information below).

Cloakroom service is free of charge by showing the presenter pass.

PARKING AND ARRIVING INFO

Parking is free of charge for presenters with a separate parking pass. The parking passes are available from the same desk as the presenter passes. The parking pass is shown to the supervisors of the area as you exit. The same pass is valid on all exhibition days.

SEMINAR AND MEETING ROOMS AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Seminars and meetings at the trade fair are held either in the Seminar Centre (Seminaarikeskus) and Meeting room facilities (Kokoustilakäytävä).

Location of facilities »

Some of the seminar and meeting rooms has a laptop. In case you show your presentation from your own laptop, it should have HDMI-input/Display port. There is internet connection in each room. Inform the program producer in advance if you need special input for your computer or other assistance in technical matters (contact information in the end of this page).

It is recommended not to display presentations from cloud services because these services might not function properly during trade fairs. Take your presentation with on memory stick. When using your own Apple computer, please take adapter with. Note that recommended aspect ratio for presentation is 16:9 and font size 20.

Please stay on aggreed schedule – the facilities are on use throughout the fair days.

Hall A: KAAPELI-STAGE

- Sound reproduction and microphones (headset or normal)
- Speaker screen of which presenter see their presentation + clicker to change slides
- Screen and video projector
- Technician (takes care of the sound and screen and helps with the microphones)
- Suitable tables and chairs will be on the stage when needed
- Size of the stage 3 m x 6 m

HALL E: SMART NETWORK STAGE

- Sound reproduction and microphones (headset or normal)
- Laptop on a table of which presenter see their presentation + clicker to change slides
- Screen 55″
- Technician (takes care of the sound and screen and helps with the microphones)
- Size of the stage 3 m x 4 m

HALL E: YHTEISRAKENTAMINEN-STAGE

Sound reproduction and microphones (headset or normal)
Speaker screen of which presenter see their presentation + clicker to change slides
Screen and video projector
Technician (takes care of the sound and screen and helps with the microphones)
Suitable tables and chairs will be on the stage when needed
Size of the stage 10 m x 4 m

If you prefer to show presentation on the stage, here is detailed info.

Aspect ratio of the presentation should be 16:9 (width)
Preferred font size 20.
All general formats are supported (PowerPoint, Keynote, PDF etc).
Videos full HD 16:9 (preferably .mp4 H264). If your presentation includes videos, please send them in advance to the Program Producer so we can test them beforehand.
Tampere Trade Fairs Ltd takes care of Teosto-fee.

Data projector with wireless image transfer. Please, inform us if you are using Mac-computer. You will need an adapter. Wireless image transfer might not function properly in case there are high resolution videos.
