Construction and dismantling times

22.-24.1.2023
Sun at 4 pm – 10 pm
Mon at 8 am – 10 pm
Tue at 8 am – 10 pm (Driving cars into the exhibition halls is forbidden)

All structures ordered through the organizer will be ready in the section on Tue at 8 am, unless otherwise agreed with Expotec Oy.

Opening hours

25.–26.1.2023
Wed at 9 am – 4 pm
Thu at 9 am – 4 pm

Exhibitors will be able to enter the halls with exhibitor pass on fair days at 8 am. After the fair days, exhibitors will have an hour of stand maintenance time after the fair closes.

Dismantling time

26.–27.1.2023
Thu at 4 pm – 10 pm
Fri at 8 am –4 pm

Ready-made stands must be empty of exhibition items on Thu by 10 pm.

Driving cars during construction and dismantling

Driving inside the hall is forbidden on the last day of construction on Tue 24.1. You may drive to the loading / unloading area next to the service doors where the items can be unloaded and the vehicle moved to the parking area immediately afterwards.

During unloading, exhibitors are allowed to drive cars into the hall to pick up small items, with the permission of the access control person at the door.

Service doors

Large service doors in the hall are used on construction-, dismantling- and maintenance times.

• A-hall: A2, A8 and A9
• E-hall: E3 and E6

Exhibition office

The exhibition office is located on the 2nd floor of hall A and serves during construction and trade fairs.
